In case we haven’t met outside with the kids…
I’m Nell–teacher, coach, and retired superhero turned mom. My primary goal is to make daily life, parenting, and educating children more meaningful and fun—hence the name Rhythms of Play.
In music, rhythm is the framework that organizes notes into a harmonious whole. Rhythm is also one of the universal laws responsible for the natural ebb and flow that keeps our hearts beating, our breath moving in and out, the sun rising and setting, and the seasons changing year after year. It is an essential aspect of the invisible life force or energy known by many names, including Prana, Chi, Qi, Nwyfre, and even “The Force.”
You can also use rhythm to help manage the to-do list, build healthy habits, achieve goals, care for and educate children, and create the freedom in your schedule you need, so you can do the things that matter most to you. Let me show you how to use the power of rhythm to plan your week so you can relax and enjoy life more! Learn More…
